One of our niche activities since 2004 has been in structuring and making available Mezzanine financing to support promoter equity in projects that are profitable or companies that have been profitable but lack more equity to support growth. These companies were from Infra, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Power and Renewables.

While inviting equity investors Day-One may bring comfort but at the same time there are reasonable arguments in favour of Mezzanine

Where possible we recommend using Mezzanine Capital – for second round of financing  – it is not as cheap as Senior Debt but also not as expensive as Equity itself.
